The movers were 3 hours late and not only were we charged double what we were quoted but the movers broke our brand new dining room table. When trying to place a claim (a whole $.60/lb), we were told about 30 different things at different times. At the end of the day, we'd get about $12. Not worth it. Tracey, our moving coordinator was extremely pushy and must have called me 30 times but never followed up. Overall, this was NOT a good experience and I DO NOT recommend Metro Van Lines.
