I used metro lately.. i had a big move as well, i have a pretty large 2br apt an i didnt get a full packing service, on the day of the move i didn't realize that everything had to be wrapped i was told .. Well i found out the price to have my thing wrapped an buy it piece by piece was ridiculous even though my rep told me to have some wrapping stuff with so they wouldn't charge me for materials.. well i didn't listen.. finally after i found out the real price i talk to the management an they let me switch to full packing which was actually $300 cheaper.. an as well as the review i just seen the (12 yr old boy) he was involved in my move as well, johny is actually a nice kid an he is not 12 but 21.. other then that my move went very very well an i will most defiantly use them again
