Now that "Anna" has crawled out of the woodwork claiming to be a loyal customer when she is really an employee sticking up for her lousy orginazation. NO customers would be so defensive about a negative review unless they were the actual moving company. Look, use this company is you want, but please don't say you weren't formally warned and IF you do use them and they happen to screw you the way they have screwed so many others, DON'T complain to the bbb like so many other people have. If these people did run their business honestly, they wouldn't have hundreds of complaints all over the internet.
