NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!
The mover were 2 1/2 hours late and I was charged for them being stuck in traffic. 1 of the 3 movers spoke english and very little at that. one kid was an exchange college student from Bulgaria, one from Russia and one from Mexico. How's that for 10+ years of guaranteed experience. A 29ft truck was used and due to the inexperience of the movers not all the furniture in a small 3 bedroom townhouse was able to fit, I had to rent a uhaul and move the rest myself. My things once in the truck were "held Hostage" until I paid the additional $500. They refused to unload it and when they did a leather sofa was damaged due to it being dragged across the ground, the dining room/kitchen table leaves 3 of the 4 were broken, hinges as well as the wood itself from them dropping it and dragging it. when I contacted the office I was besically told to bad the reason all the stuff won't fit is because I have to much, a living which consisted of sofa, lovesaet and coffee table, a dining/kitchen table, 1 full bedroom set; bed and 2 dressers and 2 kids sets, twin beds, 1 dresser and 2 desks. After I called the office to complain, which the guy I spoke to had a Middle eastern accent, was extremely rude and at that point is when the price went up and he told his drivers do not even move the truck from the front of the house until the additional $500 was paid. I have since called to try to get the damaged items repaired or replaced, even senting the certified letter which they requested, unfortunately 75 days laters still no response.
