This company ...well they go under other names, metro van lines, personal touch and best time movers. These guys are absolutely shameful crooked scum. I would feel filthy and skeezy after a day of working there if I were them. They bait and switch you. It's ridiculous, they almost doubled the cost of our move from quote to the actual moving day and they changed the price after they had our things on the truck which is ILLEGAL, They have to have the paper signed agreeing on the price before they start putting anything in their truck. The lady of the phone was a crotchety B$#* totally unprofessional and threatened to not move us and charge us anyway. BY THE WAY EVERY REVIEW ON HERE THAT IS GOOD IS FAKE AND WRITTEN BY THEM. Check out there real reviews on ripoffreport.com and look at their F and revoked status on the BBB website. Stick with a real moving company like Atlas or Mayflower, they give you the real price the first time! If you are being screwed by them then give them hell ,they won't take you to court because that would expose their horrific business practice.
