These guys won't be in business for much longer, With 58 complaints in the last 36 months at the Better Business Bureau it's obvious this company has some serious business practice issues. They have and F rating and have even been revoked from their site even though they claim to be proud members on their metrovanlines.org website. They are your typical pathetic scammers quoting you low and then waiting until your things are on their truck to up the price 90% or more. They have screwed over a lot of people this way. And they claim in the most disgusting voice that it was just a quote. But if you quote for a living then how do you estimate 834.00 and then turn around and change it to 1503.00. That one's easy to figure out, IT'S EXTORTION! and if you dont' like it they say they will leave your stuff at your old place and charge you anyway. And they also say go ahead and call the cops or the BBB cause they know that it's not easy to get anyone to do anything. There is even an article written about them from their own local newspaper talking about their fraudulent practices and scams. There is also someone getting a lawsuit together to hit them with. All these good reviews you see here, are probably written by people from the company, even the wording makes it obvious. Sean B. did have them move him and they scammed him too. They must have gotten confused when they said they never moved Sean B. because people have found out that they operate under three different names. Metro Van Lines, Personal Touch movers and Best time movers. They say they don't but when I called metro van lines the girl gave me an address for personal touch movers, hmmmm isn't that interesting. Anyways I might not get my money back, but I will make sure that they don't get business from as many people as possible and thats how I will be repaid. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They are frauds. Just read the reviews for yourself on any other review site and check out the BBB too you will see.
