I recently placed a horrible review about metro van lines, and how I cancelled. yes I did cancel the move and went with another moving company who RIPPED ME OFF! I had to stop them in the middle of my move and cancel. I was left with no choice to then call and rebook my reservation with metro van lines. Latoya was really understanding and she worked with me and after all was said I really feel bad about the horrible things I said about her and the company. my move turned out to be great. I will refer them to any one. and again I am so sorry metro van lines!
