I wish I would have read my reviews about this company before using them, because this has got to be the WORST company I've ever dealt with in my entire life!! When the movers arrived I expected that there may a slight $200 or maybe $300 increase, not big deal, however I don't appreciate being ripped off when my original quote from Valerie was supposed to have been $1500 then the price magically swelled to $3200. AT this time you have no choice but to pay especially if your in a situation like mine where you have to be on a tight schedule. Apperantly these folk must think I have money coming out of my (you know what) because every time I call them its something different! Every rep has no clue as to what I was calling in for, and then my conversation I just had with both Anna AND Mike turn into a yelling match!! I'm not kiding!!!!! I wish I could turn back the hands of time, because I would have rather moved every single piece of furniture on my own in 120 degree weather, up a hill...before I trust Metro Van Lines to handle my goods! As i mentioned previously the company has not delivered my goods as of yet, so I'm expecting another situation to come out of the sky so I'll keep posting new updates until I have received my things.
