The move went smoothly, the pickup and delivery people were professional and arrived when they promised. The cost was more than the original estimate but we had more stuff than I had estimated. Metro stored our stuff for a month at no extra change, as promised. My only complaint is that after several months, they have still failed to pay a claim for the damage to a mirror on a curio cabinet. This was after going through their insurer, CSI and me agreeing to the amount of settlement. After many emails and phone calls, and a long wait, Metro has still never paid the $50 they owe me. Now this may seem a trivial amount but it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would therefore not use them again.
