The WORST experience I have ever had with a company!

We stayed with Metro Van Lines to help support a Rockville, MD local business. They are an embarrassment to our hometown and should be ashamed of their service. Among the issues:
- They told us that they would be using your “own” trucks to get the goods to Atlanta, not a third party as was the case.
- They said there were no specific packing requirements at the time of reservation. The manager who picked up the goods indicated they provided “low ball” pricing and then made it up in packing costs.
- For a week no one in the office could provide information about the location of the goods or the delivery date. The staff were either were incompetent or malicious in their telephone conversations. Several times they indicated we would be called back and not one time was a call returned.
The staff were disrespectful as they put my life on hold for a week with their tactics. I am embarrassed that I chose to ship my stuff with such a horrible company and hope that no one suffers the indignity and frustration of working with Metro Van Lines.
