PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE METRO VAN LINE 1. They have an application fee of $20 2. Doc processing fee of $90. 3. Each item has to be bubble wrapped. This depends on what the driver decides. If it is bubble wrapped, each item is $25 and some are $50. There is no listing of this on the website. This is not included in the $69 per hour (week days). 4. 15% fuel charges. 5. Have to pay 15% to 20% gratuity 6. Minimum of 4 hours is a must I can understand bubble wrapping glass items like TV etc, but not, every single item. I was forced to do the 4 hours min and the rest I had to hire another company the same day. The guys kept complaining about the number of boxes that I had. Hello...did they expect to sit back and chil for the 4 hours????? I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOWN AND COUNTY MOVERS. They were very efficient. I called them last minute, they have no minimum hours, they pack all loose items, all wrapping, packing, mileage are all included in the price. They all know English, etc. etc. With T&C, you know up front what you are getting into and they don't make you sign a tone of papers becuase they are not crooks like Metro Van Lines
