It is hard to even know where to begin. Our original quote from this company was $1600, and then we were told AFTER our things were already loaded that we would be charged over $4500 because of the extra room we would be using in their van - an estimate of cubic feet that THEY had done for us. We wanted to unload the van at this point and find another company, and they told us it would be $1500 just to unload the van and walk away!!! Then the CEO told my husband that he would agree to a flat fee of $4200 if and only if we sent him an email saying that we were "satisfied and happy customers"....I'm dead serious. THEN after agreeing to an amount nearly three times the quoted price, our van didnt show up FOR 30 DAYS!!! Meanwhile, we were trying to get an ETA from these criminals the entire time, and no one could tell us where our worldly possessions were. THEN they arrived finally and about half of our things were damaged or broken!!! They subcontracted another company to actually deliver our things, probably to avoid the inevitable confrontation over all of our damaged possessions. THEN we told the CEO that we would walk away and not press charges if he would give us a full refund because of the extensive damage to our expensive antique furniture, and he refused and said "see you in court." How is this even legal?! The answer is, obviously, that it is not. We are planning on suing and getting all of our money back. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE CRIMINALS.
