Merit Van Lines is a joke! They fill your head with promises that they never intend to keep! Read the contract before you sign, they told me that they would have my things to me by April sixth and it's now the fourteenth and I was told today that they hoped to get here by Wednesday or Thursday of NEXT week!? When I tried to speak to someone in a decision making position I was told that she was it and there was nobody else to go to? The contract states that they have until today and it's not here so tomorrow I have to meet with an attorney and see what options I have, I was counting on my things to get money to spend on food, they really need to go back to school and learn how to run a company. I haven't received my things yet, I do not know of their condition?
