they were efficient in moving the furniture but one of the movers was on his cell phone on a personal call for several minutes and I had to tell him to get off the phone. the movers were also looking over my the things in my home and asking me about whether I wanted to keep them. There were moments where I did not feel comfortable with them looking over my stuff. The actual moving part was fine as they wrapped everything and nothing was broken or damaged. I had to have a large piece hoisted over a balcony and they did that very quickly and did not charge too much for that. But in the end, the total amount was higher than the estimate.
