We had our best move ever with these fellows (and my partner and i are veterans of many moves). This was a long distance, two-day operation, and our home upstate XXXthe pickup location XXXis located down a hill, which meant everything had to be carried UP HILL to be loaded. In contrast to most movers we've known, these guys never complained about the inconvenience, weight or challenges of the move. They were determinedly cheerful and upbeat, even when we arrived at our destination and had to move some stuff around more than once. Perhaps the hardest was asking them to move a large sofa bed from our basement into the house: a sofa that wasn't even leaving the pickup site. They so could have gotten out of that! The other thing I really appreciated about them is that whoever was working together, they communicated, they planned how and where they were going to carry stuff, so that no one got hurt and nothing got dropped. I think that was a sign of how professional they were. After arriving in our new home, we hired them again to move a few things from our relatives, to our new home. Even though it probably would have been cheaper just to hire a couple of guys and a truck, we were willing to pay for Men on the Move again because we knew they would really take care with these few heavy pieces.
Although I hope i never have to move again (!) they're your guys and worth every penny.
