They gave and inaccurate quote and mine jumped from 1.1K to 1.8. The final cost was more than this.
Some how this was my fault even though I gave them the dimension of my totals and had no control over what they keyed in. I was told they would take it down by at least $200 if I took all of my stuff and that never happened. Impossible to get on the phone and were extremely rude once they had your deposit and items. I tried paying for over a month and they were about to keep my stuff before I involved the BBB. I believe I am missing boxes. They called me crazy and kept telling me the delivery was coming, the date would pass with no delivery of phone call from the company. If you want your stuff taken hostage, broken, to be overcharged, and enjoy being threatened and taken advantage of with little to no recourse the use Mars Van Lines.
