We used them to move us across country. Their customer service before picking up our stuff was very good but once they picked up our items they lied and had no idea what their driver was doing. They were a week late and instead of telling us the truth gave us excuse after excuse. This isn't even the worst part about Mars. Once they showed up at our house the driver picked up some temporary help (1 woman and 1 man) to move our items. They had not moving experience. Multiple items were damaged along with our new house which was just built. They beat up brand new walls, scratched hardwood floors, broke chairs, scratched a brand new dresser by placing a 300lb on it. Then the driver tried to deny that he did any of the damage.... The house was finished being build the day before. Save yourself the agony and go with a big company that knows what they are doing or get TONS of insurance, you will need it. We still havent heard about our claim and its been 6 months.
