Mars workers damaged an interior door facing trying to force my refrigerator through an opening too small in width. Lead mover advised me to file a claim later to have it repaired. Called their claims dept, followed all written instruction. Claim was denied saying I didn't document damage on paper before the movers left. There was no 'damage' form given to me that night, only a comment form about their promptness, courtesy, etc. The first 'damage' form I received was after I'd followed their instruction to file a claim. I submitted all documentation in its entirety, in a timely manner. I emailed Mars again asking that the lead mover on my job call the claims department verifying that they did damage my door facing and it wasn't done at a later date (as the claims department said might be the possibility.) I'm waiting on a response.
Please save yourself the heartache and do not use this company. They do not want to accept responsibility for their worker's actions.
