I recently did business with Mars Van Lines. I had a frustrating and horrible customer service experience. I was lied to repeatedly. I was told the delivery will be shipped and stored in a free storage unit at my destination, after I made the payment, the customer service completely changed and they denied all the promises they made. They mocked me by saying I don't have any proof for claims for the promises they made. I was ridiculed and made fun of when I simply asked them to deliver what they promised. They delivered my stuff 2 weeks late with 1 box missing and several damaged items. There were many hidden charges upon delivery. I warn everyone not to use this company, as their service is good before you pay them but after your stuff is in their possession they completely change. Mr. Pinhas has an excessive bad temper and rude tone when talks, I will never ever do business with them again.
