initial dealings with Jay were quite pleasant. Then his wife had a baby and he was out for extended time. Turned over to Mike with no problems till go time. I had a small shipment they could move within Calif, apprx 8 hour drive by truck. My stuff needed to be picked up early to find additional freight to fill truck, well ok, I can handle that. I was told more than once my freight would travel in the same bobtail truck it was brilliantly loaded in wich included my custom Harley Davidson they said they could handle. Then without any knowledge to me, my stuff was reloaded with Run America Van lines. Boy run fast from these guys. When the freight finally arrived at 11:45 pm very late I was surprised to see it was not the same truck it left in. It was loaded by less than a matures OMG the harley was damaged, 3400.00 to fix, nothing put where it was marked to go and nothing reassembled. Moderate damage other than Harly ( my most prized possession ) in speaking with Mike I got more song and dance and angels than a Philadelphia lawyer. This Gus an idiot in my opinion and after the fact found out this was another company who brought the stuff. The driver didn't know his bosses last name or their address. At Manchester, no one knows anyone's last name. Is this strange ? I thought so. Any how I had to sue the company and won now I have to get them to pay wich may involve more work. No proble, I have the time and the money. I will live to finish this no matter what has to be done. Hang on Mike, the ride ain't over.
