Absolutely fantastic experience! You cannot imagine how perfect our move was from start to finish.
Three weeks before the move, I connected Colin at Manchester. A friend had used them to move from Los Angeles to Seattle and was impressed with their price and service, and the fact they were rated so highly all over the internet and fully accredited with the BBB helped him make the decision.
Shannon was the first person I spoke with and she was super nice and connected me with one of the senior sales reps named Colin
We went over our inventory with Colin in detail for all 3 bedrooms and all other rooms in our house. The estimate was $3,900, which seemed fair for a three-bedroom house move of over 1,000 miles and was one of the better bids we had.
The window for the arrival on move day was 8-10 AM and they called at 8:30 and arrived at 9:00 sharp.
They never stopped once. No chatting; just working their tails off. The entire moving team was awesome, super nice and fast. We were in awe.
They were done in just under 6 hours and the final cost was exactly $3,900 not a cent more!!
We had requested and were told delvery would take between 2-4 days and they were there with our stuff in exactly 3 days.
We don't plan on moving for a long time, but if we do, we'll definitely call Manchester Vanlines and you should too.
