From day one, there wasn't a true word uttered. The packers were going to be exception. I wound up paying $900 and unpacked 80% myself. Items were stolen. Rugs I promised to leave at my old place for the landlord there were taken by the movers. Mike said they were put back, but showed up in NC so they would be able to keep them. Many of my items simply didn't show up. The items that did were badly damaged. Customer service ended the second they had there payment in full that they demanded so many times I had the speech memorized. They are all about one thing, and that is their money. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.
