Company is in the Chicgo area. Quoted a rate over the phone and while loading the truck raised the price 3 times higher. Took possessions to warehouse and required payment in full before sending my things to Arizona. Delivery was to take place by Feb 22nd and the truck did not come until late afternoon on the 27th. Company claimed they had a five day window to deliver from promised date, which was not disclosed to me. When the truck arived the driver wanted another $500 to move my things into my home as they felt they could not get their truck close enough to my front door. I had to call the police, as they said they would not deliver my things without the extra money and would find a storage area to put my things in and I would have to pay for storage and another delivery fee. The police informed them that they would arrest them for Grand theft and impound the truck if they did not deliver my things. We negotiated a price of $200 in cash to have my things delivered. They would only take cash. Several items were damaged and 5 boxes were missing. The company has been very difficult to work with and did not do a thorough job of disclosing my rights in this whole process. Do not use this company.
