I have made a contract in March, planned our move on 5/28. They came in late afternoon with a small "budget" truck which was half full already. Of course they couldn't put all our stuffs. So they had to come back the next day. They told me the window period will be 6/4- 6/10. When I called them on 6/6, my stuffs were still in Texas, where I lived. When I called them on 10th, they said the truck is in Georgia and we'll be settled by that weekend. When I called them on 14th, they said their truck broke down, and since it was the season, it's hard to get a hold of 18 wheeler. They subcontracted a driver and came on 7/6, finally.
I just cannot believe these people. On their final response of BBB complaint, they even lied. We sent our belongings on 5/29 and received it 7/6, now they're saying they have delivered it on 6/26. HA! So you guys came to my door step?
They came at late afternoon with half filled small budget truck, came back the next day and took tips two times- that was ok for us as long as they kept their promise, but now it seems it's their routine.
My husband, I and my 3 little kids(under age 7) were sleeping and eating on the floor all those days. The supervisor and dispatcher guys were kept saying that their truck was broken. If your truck was broken for that long, you guys should be out of this business. That's your life line. The rudest people who told me "go ahead and do whatever you like". My refrigerator was filled with molds and stinky smell, chipped furnitures here and there, broken plastic containers, one of the stick of steam vacuums missing since the box was torn, missing bolts and nuts for the kids' bunk bed, and more.
The worst experience ever!
I don't want to give them any star.
