I would not move with Mainline again. Overall a below-average experience at an average price.
Their sales office, dispatchers and actual movers on location don't seem to communicate well with each other, it was like making arrangements with four different companies. Everybody blamed another party when something went wrong or times or prices had to be changed.
The initial quote did not reflect the stairs to my building (I had mentioned them). The small print did not tell that stairs are calculated by landing, not floor, nor did it actually list the same terms and conditions I had to sign for at pick-up.
The pick-up was a day early, glad I got everything packed. Moving crews on both locations were friendly and quick. On delivery though, two furniture pieces were broken, which left me to deal with a claims agency now. The movers did not give me a correct invoice; a month and a dozen phone calls and faxes to their CA office later, I am still trying to get hold of it.
