Let me start by saying, Yes, finally, decent people with great customer service and honest. I spoke to their sales rep Sandra before booking my move with the company. She broke everything down for me and was very patient and sincere. You have to be straight with them; that way no surprises on either end. My price did go up by $200.00 but I had a few more things, like a double night stand, and some smaller boxes. I called and Natalie explained everything to me thoroughly; what I liked that they followed up on me too. Great excellent folk. Go with them be real with them!!!! and they were 20 minutes early ;)
