I paid my deposit with credit card, however when I wanted to pay the rest of the move by credit card the day the driver was to arrive, I was told CASH only. I'm sure they do not want credit card payments because then the customer is unable to have the protection of a credit card company in the event of a dispute.
My goods were held hostage. PLEASE do not use these people. Communication is horrible. I was quoted 2290 for the move and would up paying 3800. when my goods were delivered today, my 65 inch TV is missing. Please pray for me when I make a claim tomorrow. I am going to need it.
I am a single female and I was totally taken advantage of. I am writing this in the hopes of sparing anyone else the nightmare I've gone through. Please, the reviews on this company's website I feel are not legit. There are only five reviews total on their website. I have learned a hard lesson when it comes to hiring movers. I will do it myself next time.
