I agree with the only one reviewer here, no idea how they got great reviews unless faked as i had a very similar horrid experience.
I hired them for my move from NY to NC never moved cross country before and got a great estimate and spoke tot anya who seemed to know what she was talking about however on 6/21 i got a call saying if i had any updates i needed to let them know i called and spoke to Christina told her i was going to have more stuff we discussed at lenght what was in additon and i was going to use 312 sq ft instead of the intial 234 and the final price was to 1382$. she than told me to call Sat by 5pm to find out the exact time my movers would come. no one had any idea on sat. i got a email on sunday evening that they would come some time tuesday. i had to call tuesday to find the exact time. the movers arrived and loaded my stuff. in the process of loading they broke 3 of my boxes and when i asked to be more careful they said i had used cheap boxes. (I used uhaul boxes)
they than finished loading and said i used 100 extra cubic feet and the new price was 2300$. no one at the main office would answer my calls at this point and i was in a difficult position. I allowed the order to go through as i had no other option at that point and finally a few days later got a response from Christina who agreed that the driver had done the math wrong and the price was inflated however she told me to speak tot he owner Ronnie who never called me back. after a week of attempts to contact someone i finally just waited and than the driver called me to tell me he was finally in nc . no one had notified of my delivery date and i had to cancel important appointments to rush home. on arrival the driver notifies me that my dresser with all belongings in it are missing at this time. the main office again is not answering any of my calls. it has been a week and i have not had a single response nor heard where my dresser is. Also these movers only accept CASH which is unheard of for a legit business ( i called the police and asked and the police officer assured me that it was highly suspicious)
