The company was very prompt in picking up my items, and I had been told by the sales associate that they "never went past the 14 day window for delivery". I took 2 weeks off of work to be at home to receive my items. Well- 6 weeks later! I was finally able to get my possessions. This was after 3 scheduled deliveries that they never showed up (or called) to let me know. When my items were actually delivered, I was not told until they rolled up that this was only a partial delivery and I finally got the remainder of my items at 11pm at night a total of 7 weeks from when they picked up my things! I placed multiple phone calls and was told numerous times that "someone would call me right back" to give me an update and I would never get a call back....3 months after the delivery, and filing a delay claim, they agreed to pay me a settlement. Well, I'm still waiting for my settlement check- now 6 months after my move started. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON...
