I was very disappointed with this moving company. When the mover arrived, I was told 200 to 300 more, but I later found out that instead of dollars, the mover was referring to cubic footage, which was then multiplied by a factor. After everything was loaded, I was told I had to pay $1400 above the quoted price of $2400! If I had been informed of the added cost beforehand, I could have made adjustments to keep within my budget, but I was not given that consideration. There was also some minor damage due to poor packing, which I had to pay extra for. Overall, the communication was very poor and I paid far more than I wanted.
