If you expect a company that quotes a delivery time frame and then adheres to it with the exception of weather delays or extenuating circumstances, then this is NOT the company for you. They appear to tell you what you want to hear in order to secure your business (including giving you an assurance of a two day window for delivery that is relatively guarantee should there be no weather delays), but then once they pick up your items, hold you hostage to THEIR schedule changing the delivery dates at their convenience.
Despite notifying them at each step of the process that I'd be ordering a plane ticket to meet the shippment in the new location and that the HOA of the new location did not allow deliveries on certain days, they ignored their original estimate and said that they'd deliver on days that I told them were off-limits per the HOA. Clearly the sales team does not communciate well with the dispatch team.
