let me start off with saying this was my first time moving from states. I was pleased with Low Cost Moving's work. Their customer service was a big help, they kept me updated and informed on my move from beginning to end witch was actually really nice cause I was a bit nervous. At my pick all when was planned. a couple of days passed when I received a call from customer service with my delivery date which they provided me with a 4 day window. I ended up received my delivery on the 4th day witch everything when pretty good except for one thing... the cost did increase by $250 due to a shuttle fee . I wasn't aware that semis where permitted in certain areas.. so the fee was understandable. My stuff was delivered and I was happy all when well. I would definitely go with this company again hands down, the cost was fair and the work was good.
