I am disappointed at how this company operates. When it was time for them to take the security deposit, Daniel would call me every other hour to make sure I paid. As soon as I paid, he didn't care. My stuff was supposed to be picked up on Friday but its already Saturday and I haven't even heard from him. I have left him multiple voicemails, sent him repeated emails but haven't heard a single word. These people are scammers for real. They have my security deposit and now don't give a shit. Customer service is okay as long as they want the security deposit and as soon as they get that, their reason for no information is "I called my dispatch. I am still waiting to hear from them". Stay away from this.
