The service that was provided by Long Distance Van Lines for our move was unprofessional and unacceptable. The movers did not speak English and were disrespectful and careless with our belongings resulting in unnecessary damage to our property. The truck that arrived for drop off with all of our personal belongings was severely damaged with a large gaping hole in the top left corner of the back of the truck. The back doors were not able to close properly. The movers unloaded our belongings in a careless and disrespectful fashion, rushing to get the job done with total disregard of our property.
We paid a significant amount of money to Long Distance Van Lines and trusted this company to transport all our personal and valuable belongings safely and respectively. We contacted the customer service and claims department immediately after the move, and they offered no care or concern for our loss and damages. Do not use this company!!
