Convincing me to be on your side is never that easy. Quite a number of people say that pleasing me is one the most complicated things. To them, I am a hard nut to crack when it comes to service satisfaction. I cannot tell how Long Distance Van Lines managed it. All I know is that they left me a happy man. For the very first time in my history with service providers, I actually gave out a tip. That was unlike me. It happened anyway, and it was because of their diligence. Hope they will be this way even in the future.
