Summary: Stolen box, 2 months late, unexpected $700 extra charges at drop off, bad customer service
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My stuff arrived 2 months late. They did not tell me or update me of the delay. When it arrived they wouldn't show me my stuff until I paid them. They also wanted to charge me an extra $700 because they said the truck wouldn't fit in my drive way ( I saw an 18 wheeler fit there the day before). I ended up hiring another company to off load the truck and take it to the house. In addition to all that one box with my Desktop screen was stolen and I can't get through to the office to clear this up. Worst moving company in the world!
