This is not a moving company, but a broker...The person who really shows up is another moving company.
They ask you to make deposit to secure the pick up window, after you paid the money, your sale person never respond to email.
The driver did not showed up as the expected date, telling me the mechanical problems happened. So I have to change my flight and hotel in order to be present when they picked up the items. Extra cost for me.
The real delivery date is huge different from what they told me earlier. The real pick update is 5/31, and the real delivery date is 7/8. Neither of them is the one they told you at beginning. My items waited in warehouse over a month before leaving NJ, they never told me the truth even I called them several time in June to ask for the current status of my stuff. Even on the delivery date, they told me they have to come back one date later because mechanical problem. To me, this has been used an official excuse for twice.
I lost several boxes of items and some small furniture,contacted the customer services several times, not hearing any practical and helpful voices. Some furniture arrived got damaged.
So seriously very bad experience overall. The customer service never told you truth. Very sad.
