Unlike the previous reviewer, who was incredibly lucky that he still has his stuff, they took my family's and have essentially vanished.
First of all, please go look at their website where they say they are an accredited BBB business. Then click on the image, and learn they actually ARE NOT. If I could do a zero star rating, I would. This company seemed honest and accountable until my deposit became non-refundable. After which, they did not answer their phone calls during regular business hours, nor did they respond to e-mail. The "movers" appeared late in a Budget truck and, while appearing professional, promptly pulled the age old bait and switch rooking me out of twice the estimate. Almost two weeks later and my wife and I have absolutely no idea where our stuff is. Despite innumerable phone calls, we have only ONCE been able to contact someone named "Sydney" (none of the employees actually go by their real names) who told me her "supervisor" would call me back later. When I expressed that I doubted that was true, she told me to trust her as she was a "woman of her word." Guess what? Nobody called us. Lion Transportation, Inc. is breaking the law by not keeping an open line of communication with their clients, and that in the very least is reason to avoid this "company" like the plague. The only way you'll ever hear from them is if you *67 your number and let it ring 10+ times. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. In the meantime, wish us luck....
