We originally planned our move 3 months in advance with Pilot Van Lines and at the end of the day; they gave us a very low ball quote just to gain our business!!!!! They quoted us a total of $1,200.00 with full packing services. They never showed up the day of the move. They didn't call us or even have the curtest to email us, they just left us stranded. We needed to be out the following day and sifted through the barrage of email quotes we'd received prior to choosing Pilot and finally got someone from another company on the phone that could help us and immediately set up a next day move with them. Their men were later than agreed, they said they would arrive between 7 and 8 and they showed up at 9am but did call several times. After they came and I started talking with them, they told me about the process on how things would go. I was very pleased about their attitude, and their professional work ethic, that I started helping them. Most of the stuff I already had packed so the process was made simple. They wrapped and packed things very well. I had over 10 large pieces of glass from table tops and mirrors that they loaded, moved and unloaded without any problems. They were upbeat and happy to be working. The driver Jordan and his helper Daniel were absolutely fantastic and a breeze to deal with. In our opinion, this company is one of the more upstanding and honest companies out there. They even credited us for the lower weight. 100% recommended company for moving.
