Once everything was picked up the entire experience changed. In the end, they arrived 7 days later than the salesperson INSISTED they would. The price increased by 30% and we did not get a final price until the night they were to arrive and had to RUN and get a money order for the balance. Then once the movers arrived they demanded another $150 because we were on the 3rd floor (this was known to the moving co from day 1). Now that we are writing reviews about our horrible experience, they are calling us over and over to try and harrass us into removing our reviews. Beware.
