Awful Moving Service, I have NO IDEA how they have a 4 star rating

I used Liberty because they had a 4 star rating, and let me tell you it was the worst experience of my entire life. Period. Ronny, who was handling the move, was completely dishonest. He repeatedly lied about when my things would be delivered, repeatedly made commitments and failed to come through on them, and in the end charged me over double the quote for my things. Word of advice, if you use this company, GET EVERYTHING IN UNAMBIGUOUS WRITING. He lost one of my desks which he failed to deliver. Please, take my advice, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, YOU WILL HATE YOURSELF FOR IT.
