Moving from New Hampshire to California, I wasn't expecting a cheap move. When I got the quote from Liberty I was ecstatic to see it was well under 2000.00 dollars. They told me they would pick my stuff up on the 25th and all was going well. On the 25th they called and said they can't make it that day so I had to postpone MY OWN trip to accommodate them. Once in California I call to check in and they say it will be about 4 more days until my stuff arrives. 2 weeks later after many angry calls and Alexis and the manager putting me on hold until I hang up my stuff arrived, on the VERY LAST DAY before they would have had to reimburse me. Yeah, I know my contract stated it MAY take this long, but does any respectable company ever really wait until the last minute? I havent even mentioned the fact that my moving quote and what I ended up paying was different by $1000.00. A one thousand dollar difference??? Why does this person making these quotes still have a job?! Anyways, I can't fault them for damaging my stuff, it was in good shape when it got here, but they are cheats with the quotes and liars when they tell you how long it will take to get to your destination. The only possible way I will use these chump scam artists again is if I tell them my preferred move date was 2 weeks before pick-up. Do yourself a favor and DON'T use these guys.
