Liberty Moving Group has to be the WORSE moving company that I have ever dealt with.
On the phone, my wife was told that she would get a moving special for two rooms and a living at $2,400 and an empty 40 ft. truck. After giving a down payment to the company, my family was locked for the day of july 4 (which I thought wass odd).
During the pick up things got dumb quick. First there was 5 movers none that spoke English, When the movers started to moving things out, I found out that half of the truck was already full with other peoples things, I called to the Liberty call center to get an answer "Those jobs were on the way to your house", that meant that I had to pick and choose what I wanted on the truck because there wasn't any more room.
The job was finally done they tallied up the cubic meter they said that I came out way over than I should have been . So I was going to use my card to pay in full, I was told that I couldn't do that it's cash or check. I call Liberty once more to find out that I was lied to once more.
When I returned to GA I called Mrs.vivan X to find out what day that I could get my things to GA. She gave me a hard date of the 2nd weekend of AUG . that came and went.I started to raise H@ll on every one there since I figured that they were a bunch of highway robbers in hiding.Liberty threw me to one person to the next until I was told my things would be on that Monday, to be fair they did drop $100 off the almost $6000 bill .
My things came here to GA at 8pm that monday they left around 2 or 3 am after finding out Libery's storage area is out in the open area (movers told us).
Most of our things were broke , damage ,or just completely missing. My bedroom set nothing is useable, tables broke, pieces of my living room set was missing, my kids clothing and my military gear gone.
