I am writing to express my gratitude for your professional and courteous service. Relocating is typically a challenging ordeal which can be made worse by incompetent or uncooperative serive personnel. I found working with you at the early stages of my relocation to be a complete pleasure.
First of all, you overestimated the weight of my belongings thus saving me hundreds of dollars. Next, you worked with me over a few days to set a convenient date for drop off. Additionally, you made yourself available for questions throughout the actual relocation process. And finally, I found you to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions fully and clearly. If I can ever be used as a reference, please feel free to call upon me.
