Husband and I trusted these people. Richard gave us a quote of 1700 and it was the best deal so we said yes. He also promised same day or next day delivery. Packers arrived a day late from scheduled pick up day, packed stuff and told us it will cost around 3600. We were shocked, exhausted, and taken advantage of. They said they charge per square foot in the truck, which was never told to us, they also said we were not aloud to pack trash bags full of clothes, which was never said to us, so we had to pay more for boxes. They took half of money (1600) and said they would collect other half when they get to our place in Idaho, and we have never heard from Richard again. We have called everyday for the past 10 days and left voice messages and he has never answered or called back. So heartbroken and dissapointed. We are filing our police report today.
