I worked with Richard over the phone he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, precise and helpful. The movers arrived early and said they would be happy to start ahead of time, but if not, they could wait without a problem. They were very friendly and very efficient. I was only moving a few blocks away but the entire process took only 3 hours from packing to having my things all laid out in my new apartment. Excellent process, I highly recommend Lightning!
