I actually dont have any complaints against them. But I've great things to tell about them. They have been very good to me and were very helpful throughout the move. They never missed a single follow-up. Called me from time to time whenever I thought they should call me to check if the move process was fine. I like such kind of customer service because I feel customer service just not ends after selling your service. The company should also check how the customers are, after receiving service from them. And Lightning Van Lines has it all. I'm happy with their customer service. Well done!!!!!
