What a horrible company

How this company has so many great reviews is beyond me. They subcontracted another company for pick up and delivery even though upon reserving with them they told me they NEVER subcontract. Several items were damaged due to the careless nature which they packed the truck and the best part is my total went from $3800 to $5000 for "packing and packing materials and additional items" I have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the D.O.T this company will get their day!
