WORST Moving Company Ever!!!

This is absolutely the worst moving company in Canada. We were promised professional movers and staff. Yet when the day finally came for delivery, a person from "Labour Ready," shows up an hour early to help them.
We have moved four times for work. The previous three times we used U-haul and didn't even suffer a broken coffee cup. This time I wanted to treat my wife and we hired Kingsway. We have over 80 pictures of damages, and an estimated $3,500 in repairs. Thank you Kingsway!
We paid $1,800 for Kingsway to pack our belongings to ensure the best possible outcome. When it came time to unpack some of the items we saw had been simply thrown in a box without any wrapping. Wooden table legs were taped together and thrown in with light shades. They used packing tape to secure a number of screws and taped it to our entertainment table. When they removed the tape upon delivery the finish came off with the tape; not even an apology. They used an antique plate as a buffer for the toaster oven. Some of our items were in old boxes from the previous move - they didn't open the boxes or ensure they were properly packed; they simply threw them on the truck.
I'm not at liberty to talk about the actual move do to a separate settlement. I will tell you that we received our items six weeks after pick up, and had to sleep on air mattresses for five weeks.
During the unloading we watched in horror as the casual labour was given our 160lbs dining room table and told to take it up the stairs by himself. Before I could get to him, he had banged the table on every step and was dragging the exposed wood on the floor. At the same time, the driver and his permanent helper were sharing the weight of our 40lbs Weber charcoal grill.
The entire process was a case of us paying a company to abuse us and disregard our belongings.
We've had mirrors shattered, boots kicked through boxes, the tweeter ripped out of a pair of high-end speakers, and the frame on our chesterfield broken. The whole time the general manager is saying it isn't her problem.
My favourite part though, was when we told her that we were missing two boxes of electronics totaling $1,700.00 and a box of juice for our wine kit. She basically called me a liar and said that these items were never documented on their inventory so they cannot be missing.
At the end of the day, we paid Kingsway $6,800.00 for three months of anxiety, stress and arguments. Our damages are in excess of $3,500.00 and missing items in excess of $1,700.00. Kingsway graciously offered us $108.36 which includes a customer satisfaction bonus of $75.00.
PLEASE do not use this company!!! You WILL regret it.

So I received the following email from the General Manager:
Hi John,
We have been in communication with our legal team and have been advised to let you know that if you don’t remove the false comments on-line we will have to proceed in one of the following ways:
Collections
Small Claims
Liens on property
As you are currently in breach of contract as per the settlement you signed.
Kingsway will provide you with 48 hours to remove these comments/reviews or we will proceed with the above mentioned ways.

I responded and received the following reply:
Hi John,
This is what I was instructed to advise you of. You can choose to take it as you would like, however before you decide how to proceed please review the terms of your settlement agreement and contract terms and conditions.
I replied that:
"If that is the case have your legal team draft me a letter citing specific "falsehoods. "
That was on August 12th. I haven't heard since. . .
They destroy my property, refuse to realistically settle and then threaten me because I post a negative review.
Is this really a company you want to do business with?
