I was told that someone would contact me the day before my expected move date and let me know a time they would be there for pick up. I had heard nothing by the middle of the day, so I decided to call the company and find out what was happening. I reached the customer service agent and she told me she would contact the driver who would then contact me. About an hour and a half later I was contacted by the driver who said he would be at my house around 1pm the following day and would call me an hour or so before their arrival.
I took off half the day of work to make sure to meet the movers at my condo, I waited and waited until it was 5:30pm and still no phone call. I called to ask what the status was as was told a variety of thing before I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I finally got a hold of the supervisor, I was told she would have the driver call me to let me know the status but it would most likely be another 3 hours before they could pick up my stuff.
The driver finally arrived the next day and the movers were smelly, unhelpful and rude. I asked them to leave and am now searching for another company to make my move.
